Royal Academy of Punjab Expands Talent Bench: Now Hiring Bhangra & Giddha Instructors
As the cultural landscape continues to accelerate, we’re doubling down on what has always set the Royal Academy of Punjab apart — disciplined pedagogy, heritage-driven programming, and a commitment to shaping the next generation of Punjabi folk ambassadors. Today, we’re opening our doors to new talent as we scale for sustained impact across Surrey and beyond.
Our community footprint is growing, class demand is climbing, and our delivery model is expanding across weekends and weekdays. To keep pace, we are recruiting part-time Bhangra and Giddha instructors who can bring rigor, cultural integrity, and performance excellence into our ecosystem.
This recruitment initiative isn’t just about filling teaching slots — it’s about strengthening a legacy. The Academy has long been a cornerstone for youth development, cultural continuity, and high-performance folk-dance training. With every new instructor, we reinforce our commitment to quality, structure, and time-tested Punjabi folk traditions.
We’re seeking individuals who are operationally reliable, technically skilled, and aligned with the values that have anchored our Academy since day one. Whether working with youth, refining choreography, or stewarding cultural education, instructors will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of our growth strategy.
If you have the expertise, the discipline, and the cultural lens to contribute, we invite you to step forward.
